Welcome to Reps – a platform designed to help basketball players and trainers connect, collaborate, and grow. By using our services, you agree to the following terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Reps.
If you’re under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
Trainers must provide accurate information and agree to represent themselves professionally.
2. User Conduct
We expect all users to:
Provide accurate information on their profile.
Respect others on the platform — no harassment, discrimination, or abuse.
Use the platform as intended and avoid attempting to exploit or manipulate the system.
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in temporary or permanent suspension from the platform.
3. Payments
Some features are free, others require payment.
Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party providers.
Trainers may set their own rates. Reps may retain a portion as a platform fee.
All purchases are final unless otherwise specified. Disputes can be handled through our support team.
4. Use of the Platform
Reps is intended for training support, not medical or professional health advice.
Users engage with trainers at their own discretion and risk.
While we do our best to maintain service uptime and reliability, we cannot guarantee a bug-free experience.
5. Content
You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant Reps a license to display and distribute it within the app to deliver platform functionality.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our policies or applicable laws.
6. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose risk to the community.
7. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated periodically. We’ll notify users when significant changes are made.
